Challenge #341-Christmas

Happy Monday and welcome to another Monday challenge!

Challenge #341-Christmas
Make a project using anything Christmas related. But there has to be a least one cut from the Cricut Library!

The FCCB Design Team is sponsoring a $25 gift card at

Amazon!

To qualify for the prize, be sure to use at least 1 Cricut cut on your project and if it's not obvious, let us know what cartridge you used. If you use a Cricut Explore machine, at least one cut must be from the Cricut catalog of images.

If it isn't a card, you will get two entries into the drawing!

Here is my project-

My first card was the one on the right. I inked up a white cardstock panel with Distress Oxides (Black Soot, salty Ocean, Mermaid Lagoon, and Blue Print Sketch). I used the Reindeer Snow cut from Holiday Cards 14, and kept the pieces from the panel. I then added clear sequins from Hero Arts (Winter Mix) for some sparkle. The second card was made by adding the reindeer cut pieces to a white cardstock panel embossed with snowflakes (Darice). I added the tiny blue sequins from the same Hero Arts Winter Mix, then mounted the panel onto a matching blue piece of blue cardstock, then onto white cardstock. So I got a two-fer with one cut!
Make sure to enter for a chance at the Amazon gift card. This will be the last challenge at FCCB, but I want to thank my team mates of the last four years for all their hard work and dedication. You will be missed!

I wanted a simple decor item for Thanksgiving, and I love this. My piece of advice is to buy the frame first, then cut the file to fit! I couldn't find a frame in the different size this came out to be, so I had to trim about 1/2" off the sides to get it to fit! Here is a short material list-
  1. Cricut cut: Home for the Holidays-Fall & Winter.
  2. Paper: gold, dark orange cardstock.
